Hello, CEO of Capital Acquisitions here. We just hosted a PC battle on our district 11 Altbrard against S.A.D.U.K.I. It was not our first battle, as we have defended it multiple times and won against other corps. However, during this battle we experienced MAJOR, and I mean M.A.J.O.R., lag. Two members were kicked due to it, and at LEAST half my team was lagged so hard that it was unplayable. I'm not here to complain about the loss, however, I believe that the lag was for sure due on your end. Whether it be the fact they are based and playing out of Japan, causing the server to adjust to be some kind of "midway point" between us (America) and them, or just a laggy Tranquility server altogether, we most definitely got robbed of a fair match. Our next match on the same district with them is set for August 11, 5:00 Eve time. If possible, I would like the server to be on our end this time, given it IS OUR district. If that is somehow not possible, I wish that one of you spectates the match to see the obvious connection disadvantage between the two teams. None of their players, to my knowledge or observation, were lagging whatsoever. All I'm asking for is a fair fight - I am FULLY confident in my men given a decent (normal to Dust gameplay) connection. Thank you for your time, I will keep a constant eye on this thread for response or further questions.

Also, to clarify, it caused us to be completely unable to use reps at all, anybody. That includes reps on personnel, and vehicle rep modules. One member also black screened, in addition to the one who was kicked. |

For this particular incident, I would recommend that you file a support ticket.

We did, still no reply, second match same thing happen, UNPLAYBLE is an understatement nothing was working
Our third match is scheduled for 12/08/13 05:40 hopefully you can reply before that, but considering its Sunday... HA |
