CCP is trying to do everything in there power to make this game good. CCP has been talking quite a bit actual, props to Fox Four Wolfman, and LogiBro. Were in a double SP right now and thats lack of energy? Content in 1.4 for sure.

Also, the concern over apathy isn't just mine, its many people's concerns. I don't wan them to fawn over me, I just want to see the level of energy and enthusiasm we saw at the beginning of this project called DUST. All I see now is fatigue.

Let's see - they spent years of development time on this already. The game is out for less than 3 months. They are have implemented a never before seen one month release plan. They are integrating this game with their baby, Eve. You are hard to impress sir, and you won't be missed.

The Academy thing, while small, tells me they don't even play their own game because EVERYONE I know thinks its ridiculous at 400 wp. If the game developers were actually playing their game, I am sure that problems would get fixed. Alas, I don't see that, I don't feel it, and its coming down to the wire of its playability.

I am not going to throw any derogatory terms here, but this grasping for future greatness while the present state of the game is a meaningless lobby shooter with a HUGE host of problems is pointless when other games by vetted companies who know how to make shooters are releasing games later this year. Do you honestly think it will radically change direction when games like Titanfall, Destiny, and other games are coming out?

grunt party Carbon 7 CRONOS. 8	Posted - 2013.08.09 22:05:00 - [12] - Quote i have stuck with this game for a lone time (+1 year) and i still enjoy it and although they say it isn't a beta i believe it still is and so do a lot of people i have talked to so don't complain to bitterly about the bugs all games have some and there's no other game i know quite like this sure there's a lot of FPSs but in my mind only 1 or 2 Mach up to this (1 was made into a broken game tho so i never returned) p.s. if your looking at bugs in a game(e.g. op weapons) look at battlefield 3 they had lodsa broken guns that they had to tweak

I would expect that action alone says that CCP is fairly serious about making it work. If they were not, they wouldn't be trying to get their act together internally.

Firstly, you do not know whether or not if I have put money into this game. For your information, I have kept a pretty steady supply of passive and active SP boosters. The equivalent of monthly payments to play EVE or other MMOs. Secondly, they have put out a product. It should function as they have stated. This 'work' I have seen over the past few months have not been to give us dramatically different content. It has almost been primarily 'tweaks' to existing guns. PvE? Nope. ANYTHING OTHER THAN PVP? Nope. A compelling PC mode? Nope. Common sense in regards to Academy? NOPE! Any true dialogue on the forums with the community? Nope! When do we even get blue posts now unless the question is related to Aurum or some other nonsense. As for your 'You HAVE NO RIGHT to complain' observation, you are wrong. If you pay money for a product, give your time to it, and you see problems with it, it is not wrong to bring this up. The Apathy of the moderators and CCP towards this product is hard to miss. They don't have their **** in order and I doubt they ever will. They released it too early on a subpar system when it should have been put on the PC or the PS4 and that is just one aspect! Gameplay imbalances, issues with Dropsuits, issues with vehicles, issues with terrain, subpar draw distances, BUGS GALORE, repetitive maps, repetitive weapons, FotM atmosphere, no 'TRUE' EVE connection, no player trading, no economy, just to name A FEW! About the only thing keeping many coming back is the hope that it'll get better SOON! You know what? That hope of 'better soon' isn't working much anymore. Most of the best players I know have already resigned to leave the game once the PS4 hits and all the better. I would be better knowing that CCP actually cared about this product that myself and others have put much money in. Pathetic.

Free to play does not mean it should be buggy like it is though or the AKF bullcrap they have yet to stop

Not to mention, they forget that EVE Online was never 'good' until four or five years after it launched. Yes, Dust is buggy. Yes, Dust needs more content. But what would you rather have, content or bug fixes? I dunno about you but I would rather have bug fixes and balances before they add more content. If you're here for the long run, you should just sit back and relax.
