Rollover sp is handed out at 100% bonus till its exhausted, but only holds about 100k exp. would help casuals kick into a new week without affecting the heavier players. So you mean like the "rested" bonus you get from Inns? Basically. It would then mean that people who get rollovers have to do less work to get their sp, but the cappers would still get more, just not as large of a gap. |

the less and less i play, the more i want rollover . Especially when im not using boosters anymore. At just about 17 mil SP the only things im skilling into now are just extra fun things i want to fiddle with, my entire main scout build is beyond completed. |

To be honest, this is what I've been expecting them to do for a while now: Increase the active cap incrementally, like they increase the passive points. You'd probably still hit a hard cap if you're not playing and using your active cap, but it could be higher without increasing the rate at which people are able to max out their skills--so you could effectively "store up" a couple weeks of cap.
This also makes it so we're not being encouraged to binge-play once a week (which, by the way, encourages AFK'ing as well). And you're still getting the same number of maximum active points per week, you're just limiting it on an incremental basis instead of in cycles.
The tricky part is getting boosters to work correctly, but if you don't change their behavior they should be fine. (The additional points from the active booster don't apply to your cap, so while it seems like the booster raises your cap it actually doesn't--it just gives you bonus points.) |

+1 My Friend, people often dont have the time or patience to CAP Every Week and sometimes the unthinkable happens and the points get lost. So rollover + expire (like 2 or three weeks). |

NO, it will not.
you know why? Because at this one point in time we wanted it , and were promised it and then it was thrown in the recycle bin.
We need the full roll over as we were told, but they realize it will hurt funds from those last minute booster sales or something. My only guess as to why they scrapped it |
