- Rep Tool still WP capped with broken WP scaling on top of that
- Needles only recently fixed and still have an excessively long animation making them rarely useable
- Uplinks bugged and can be seen everywhere, only use to to spam them and even then spawns risk being camped
- Nanohives massively nerfed and still WP capped
- Prox mines are a joke 9/10 of the time
- Active Scanner has yet to be given its WP awards
- REs ---- Would you feel more supported if more Logibros ran REs?
I am a support Logi, I focus most of my time and SP on support, but there are some major issues with the way equipment is handled currently and it makes support more problimatic than it should be.
Combine the above with the number of assault players so skilled into the Cal Logi suit just to get its former shield extender bonus and there are now more "I've never actually been a Logi" players in Logi suits than there are support Logi still willing and able to play the role.

This is true, both of those factors greatly diminish overall survival of any Merc in a Logi suit... and that was before CCP nerfed the eHP on all Logi suits due to the hate towards the Cal Logi skill buff 
But for some reason there are a lot of players in this game who think that a Logi should be slower, have weaker eHP, have a lower dps potential and yet still somehow be present in combat zones with exactly the piece of equipment they desire at the right time... oh and know which one they want without having them on comms to actually call out what they're looking for

Hard to do our jobs when we get destroyed in battle extremely fast due to lower HP and the bright yellow paint job doesn't help one bit, and then when the people we are protecting die were screwed since we can't even run away fast enough or pack enough firepower to clear out enemies to revive you. It's amazing, even after more than one Dev blog and several threadnoughts in both Gen and Feed sections people still suffer from the misconception that all Logi = Cal Logi with the racial buff and stacked extenders.

Besides which assuming that all the guys in the yellow Cal suits running the TAR with contact nades are actually Logis who've somehow gone "power made" because of the HP and thus started playing that way is just silly. Those guys are/were assault players who picked up the Cal suit with no intention of ever doing Logi work. They saw the numbers on that racial buff and made it the new assault, which wouldn't have even worked as well as it did if not for the rather OP weapons most frequently used and the over nerf on the LR taking one of the viable counters to a high shield build effectively out of the game meta.
Himiko Kuronaga, you're either trolling or simply have no effective knowledge of what mechanically goes into playing a support role within D514.
