Shouper of BHD wrote:well they need to be more then the passive skill books because that's not enough for sure Minimatar Pilot skill could be skipped by just speccing into ADS (innless you fly gunner drop ships but even then...) and Gallante only helps for a HP stacker, say 4500 shield HP you only get 250HP more, that's crap. and the vehicle module recharge rate is OP and needs/needed a nerf, honestly they could have switched the skill focuse, like +2% of vehicle module recharge rate per lv and 5% to armor and shield efficiency per lv (turret damage for Minimatar) so that HP stacker python would have 881>1101 armor and 4200>5250 shields.
The Gallente bonus made no sense anyways. A better one would have been a resistance bonus, or a Repairer boonus. The raw HP bonus is something Amarr would do. |

Fixed. It also gives all of the variants of frames and hulls a specific bonus to a specific thing, such as the Myrmidon getting a 10% increase to drone hitpoints and damage dealt by drones, and 7.5% increase to armor repair amount per level from the battlecruiser skill, or the Nyx getting a 50% bonus to Capital Shield and Armor transfer range per level, 5% bonus to deployed Fighters or Fighter Bomber damage per level, can deploy 3 additional Fighters, Fighter Bombers or Drones per level, and can fit 1 additional Warfare Link module per level from the Gallente carrier skill. Some ships also get a static bonus, like the Myrmidon's 99% reduction in the CPU need of Warfare Link modules. These would be needed, as if tiercide happened now, we wouldn't have anything. This would need to happen first, as well as a bunch of hullsto take up some general roles, and Tech 2 to become more specialized, such as the sentinel having a higher eHP, but lower speed, or Scouts being able to scan better (no nerfs needed in terms of firepower or speed, or eHP). This will make t I hulls and frames still viable, but T II being able to do specific thing sway better.
Peace, Aizen

mollerz wrote:I would think they should have a type of suit for each vehicle class and adjust the bonuses based on it's racial variant as well as vehicle type.. a flight suit for aerial vehicles, a HAV suit, and a LAV suit (and so on as vehicles are released).
Would be pointless. No. |

Cody Sietz wrote:STD will have no low or high slots and a side arm.
ADV will have a low or high depending which race and also a side arm.
PRO will have 1 high, 1 low an d a light weapon slot.
Besides the racial bonuses, they may allow for some other bonuses we have no idea about.
Its worth to go to proto so you can get the complete bonus for your vehicles(though I think the bonuses should be different depending which one your in)
If that's what it actually has, that's horrible....... |

1: Sounds like that hurts like hell
2: You said that there should be a pilot suit for every vehicle, I said that there should be a tiercide, then a suit made for every role, such as Medium that has a ROF increase for X weapon type, or a light frame that gets a higher optimal range for X weapon type. You must have read it wrong. |

shaman oga wrote:what's the point on have slots or not?you will use the suit inside a vehicle. people will reach level 5 to gain access to the full bonus and then use the standard suit if AoE modules will not come out in tandem with the pilot suits. The only thing you will need is an equipment slot with a repper for the emergency.
The AoE modules are for the Crusader suit, and only affects dropsuits, so your point? Like people has said, there's rumors about the suits getting modules that can affect the vehicle. Without a proper layout, those will be ineffective. |

Like I said, what's the point when They'll all do the same thing? |

I'm going to let you sit on that one for a minute. Think about what you just said.............. Yea, no. |

I've said AoE modules but i mean every kind of module different from the modules we have now that buffs the dropsuit or your handheld weapon. In every way new modules must come out with the pilot suit, that's my point. Be prepared to sink a lot of SP.
Like I said, those rumors sound better. Anyways, I'm at 2m SP saved up. I'm going for 3m SP, so anything Armor wise I can get at the beginning at least to adv. level. |
