Sounds a bit like Crash Site from Crysis.
This would be a cool idea, Domination is usually one sided, once a team gets the point, they place Uplinks and REs on the objectives and camp the area until the game is over. Only thing that can possibly change the battle is an OB.
I like this idea because gameplay is not restricted to one part of the map, and you have to change up your tactics depending on where the new objective is. |

All 5 locations shoot at once, but every consecutive objective held increases the damage done to the MCC by every missile by 50%, so holding all 5 objectives increases damage by 506%! |

No but it's a simple fact that if they don't do something as simple as this instead of constricting the playerbase in less game modes (Ambush+OMS merger) to compensate for fewer players, they will end up getting only fewer and fewer players. Then continue to react in the way that created the problem to begin with.
variety = retention cutbacks = more players leaking. |

This was the thinking. It's too easy to get comfortable in one location. |

CCP wouldn't do it unless you could explain it in some quasi-Eve story how that makes sense. They're afraid of looking like an FPS or...something.

Remove red line Put a 2-way shield around the MCC sand the initial ground spawns- only NULL cannons and MCC fire can shoot through the shield Remove the ability to spawn on NULL cannons- that's why I only do domination now. |

Apparently they're making an arena or something like that which allows them to justify unrealistic game modes. As far as non-arena game modes, they couldn't quite do standard capture the flag. However, there could be a game mode where 1 team has to capture an npc MVP. Throw him/her over your shoulder and carry them back to the MCC. |

I think a version of capture the flag could be do-able. How about just a 2 point Skirmish where the map is set up with each point on either side, kind of like a "base" with supply depot and CRU. Each team starts at their base already owning the null cannon. Then it plays kind of like ambush but with a point to capture. And in the event of no one capturing the opposing null cannon, the clone count can settle the tie. Hmmmmm? Hmmmmmm?
EDIT: Each base could be in a city. So a map with 2 cities. |

Call it infiltration or espionage. The enemy has space codes or something that you've been hired to steal. Maybe they are security codes for the enemy MCC, and you have to collect it in 3 parts to disable the enemy MCC because there are no null cannons in the district. |
