238 ping is like 230 too much. You should be looking for something in the area of 0 to 10. around 20 is ok but not great.
Clean up your own back garden before you start on someone elses. |

First thing to do is to put your PS3 on a static IP. This can be very important. Especially if you have a weak connection.

Port Forward the game. (DUST514 ports below).

TCP 443 and 80. (Backend Communication).
UDP 20000-21000. (Battle Server Communications).
