Iv got 20.4 mil skill points and I'm finding it hard to skill into anything else that supports my class as a heavy. 90% of my skills are maxed out to level 5 and the other 10% just aren't worth the sp.

I don't want to skill into another class as it would change my play style altogether. And I haven't bothered either with the racial heavy or the commando suit cause its useless.

I'm just asking for some new content or skills for us heavies. Light and medium suits have their guns and equipment to dump their sp on, how bout some new gadgets for us too?

Yeah it wouldn't hurt just to save. There are 2-3 more heavy weapons coming, and quite a few sidearms as well. It's CCPs problem if that makes you feel like you don't need to buy a booster. Or, you could put a bit into LAVs that let you get around a little safer.

Commando suit, then start speccing into light weapons, suddenly you have tons of options, and if you ever decide to build up a logi suit or something you will already have light weapons to use.

But he wants to be a Heavy, not a fake Assault.

Level up your Logi LAV if you haven't already, every fatty should have his own fatty wagon.

Then either spec into the skills you think aren't worth it or spec into a vehicle. I don't know. Everybody will have all the skills he needs at some point.

Have you found HMG rapid reload to be worth the points?

And do you use basic heavies or sentinels?

I must admit I have not skilled a single sp into it, I did have it at level 5 in chromosome. But found the 2 second increase in reload speed a bit useless. If I'm reloading I make sure it's out of combat so it doesn't make much of a difference.

I feel the exact same way. It seems like such a waste of SP.

Do you use Basic Heavy frames or the Sentinel? I personally just use the Basic ones.

Basic, better having 2 high slots.

Which skills aren't worth your while?

Reload speed for HMG, engineering level 5, HMG and forge fitting optimization, racial heavy suit.
