The suit i normally run is only about 30,000 ISK a piece, but i die a lot, and the best suit i can run is just all militia, which doesn't help much. Can anyone help me build a suit that is cheap but also effective? and please do not use all militia equipment.

AND to everyone that mentioned armor reppers for my low slot, i already have an armor rep of 4 hp per second, being a logo. Thank you for your suggestions!!
