Now the fitting screen has turned against me.
High Throughput Field Stabilizer I. 30 CPU, no mods to how much it costs. High Throughput Field Stabilizer II. 36 CPU, no mods to how much it costs.
I had 18 CPU left, and 3 of the I's equipped. No brainer right? grab the II's for the bonus damage without having to rework the whole fitting.
and therein lies the problem, the first two go in perfectly. an increase of 6 each. I now have 6 left. and for some odd reason, the last one is taking 7. the item itself still says it only needs 6. but the fitting screen seems to think it's 7.
I can understand having problems working out hit detection, or programming projectile arcs and having them land where they look like they landed, I would imagine that kind of stuff can be tricky to program. But the fitting screen is basic math, these items add up to this number, this number is lower than that number, so the fitting works. |

the actual stat may be 6.4 and when they add up the round to 7 when you add the 3rd one |

Cause there is a number smaller then 1 in there like you actually don't have 6 more cpu instead you have like 5.5 cpu left cause it affected by cpu reduction or the electronics skills. |

agreed. a hidden decimal point shouldn't be the problem, and if it is, it's a bug.

We know the efficacy of the module takes a hit with the stacking penalty, but not the CPU/PG requirements.

Perhaps you may need to get a skill up to make it work, Too bad because you say it should work |

again. if that screen says I have 6, then I better damn well have 6. not 6.2 not 5.9812846264 just ****ing 6. I wasted the last of my cap to get the skill for it. at least next week is 2x so I can get one of my other skills to reduce cpu for a module or more CPU. |
