 Really wish CCP would tell us this stuff so we could offer our input and suggestions too, instead of waiting two days before release day to post patch notes, which, by then, is content locked.

 1.4 hasn't been content locked yet ... it will take 2-3 weeks after content lock before it gets released.

 Rotation Speed (turning around) will be faster.
 Aiming & ADS will be tweaked.

 No more AFKing in the MCC. CCP is fixing the symptom and not the problem in this case unless there is also going to be an overhaul of active SP accrual.

No, Wolfman confirmed that they accidentally created a bug that increased strafe speeds by too much (certain limiting modifiers are being currently ignored). He said this should be fix with 1.4 and strafe speeds will be reduced, but still much faster than they were before 1.2, so it'll only be a slight reduction from what we have now.
 
 I'm guessing Doyle meant the turning speed limits with the mouse being removed (as well as the possibility of the heavy turn speed being increased to that of the other suits).
