umm.... its double the active sp per battle...
copy and pasted from CCP
"Active skill point gain is doubled! Your warpoints earned during the match will be doubled when it is converted into skill points."
meaning you will get 10,000+ per battle... sooo it will take the same amount of time as normal to cap, but you get twice as much, just like the last double SP event |

You get 2SP/WP with the double event. And how often do you get 2k+ WPs per battle? I would have AFK-farmed if I could because I won't waste my time playing almost twice as much to cap out. Instead WP farming sounds a lot nicer.
you dont have to play twice as much... your active SP per battle is doubled... so even if they set the cap twice as high, you get twice as much per battle... making the cap just as easy to hit as a normal SP.... meaning when i normally get 4000-6000 SP... i will now get 8000-12000 SP

i dont know if you played last double SP event... but i dont think i ever got less then 9500 even when we got proto-stomped...

what about when your team gets proto stomped or steamrolled by a proto squad or two very organized squads? you get what? usually most stomped teams come out with the top player at 600 wp give or take 200... so the stomped team gets nothing... also new small corps with not enough manpower for a good squad at any time of the day will be sacrificing SP/WP because they cant even compete. making the powerful corps even more powerful, due to small corp players wanting to have a full organized squad at anytime of the day |
