I am not convinced by these. The rail rifle does not affect me that much but a good AR does. So are ARs OP no. A combat rifle itself is not OP Spamfire is. The Scrambler is not OP. It is good because of a spotty overheat.

I think Cal scouts are the only ones who deserve a respec because there bonus got jacked by the amarr. And I didn't know Cal scouts were op FOTM until after I got it. I just wanted everything Caldari.
