All of the scanning passive mods and the skills needed to use them, say -XX% to scanning bonuses. Seams that is the case because it will not pick up people standing in front of me or around a corner.

Many items are missing from the market. Including the suite bp's, only the scout is there. Unless that is how it is supposed to be and CCP whats everyone to go COD and just run with scout suits.

Anyone notice how random complex AUR items are missing? Like the AUR complex shield regulator is there but the shield extender and recharger are gone. The AUR complex LDM is gone but the heavy and sidearm ones are there? BBRRAAANNNDDDOOONNNNN!...

Now upon looking through the market. Most of the complex AUR items are missing. Like the complex AUR shield regulator is there but the complex AUR shield extender and recharger is gone? This is getting crazy lol.
