Yeah, it doesn't really need a buff if you are shooting at Caldari garbage. Try soloing a maddy with a PLC if you really want to gauge how viable it is.

I skilled into ADS recently myself, and I am enjoying the incubus more than the python. ABs get you out of dodge fast enough to avoid losing too much armor, and reps will have that armor back before the AB cools off.
