Even without considering other factors (AV weapons, tanks speed....), be specialized in HAV now, do not justify the SP cost, because skills do not give you a good advantage. I can't feel the progression.

i'm really tired of playing a game where you can't go behind them and stab them, it's unfair. If your team is redlined sniping is legit, but if your team has at least 1 objective you should be vulnerable as everyone.
