21. Someone did their math wrong on skill costs. - in Technical Support/Bugs [original thread]
I just started leveling Assault Rifle Proficiency, it's supposed to increase by 5x with every level. The first level costs 51,200 skill points, the next level costs 153,600 skill points. That's only a 3x increase. Did someone forget how to multiply?

It's not just you buddy. I've had the pull the cord on my PS3 two or three times myself, and it's worrysome as ****. No other game has ever crashed my PS3 as badly as Dust does, nor as often.

Welp, just like last night, the game is breaking for me again. I've been at the battle initializing screen for over 5 mintues now. The first 2 times I tried it, it filled up with people like it was going to do something, then it said connection to...

Hopefully they'll fix it by the morning. If stress testing the server was their goal, it seems we've found the breaking point.

Screw the stupid instant battle system anyway. Who the hell wants to join a game that's going to end in 3 minutes away, if you even get in? Put the battle finder back up.
