Because Bar. I always run into non gallente assaults using non racial weapons. Why? Because the bonuses suck. The Amarr bonus is perfect IMO and the Minmatar isn't bad. But dispersion and reload speed? Ha.

my first three matches of the day all included gal scouts with shotguns. No joke. My team + the enemy team. The entire kill feed was lit up with variants of shotguns. Something needs to be done. This is ridiculous

I've been doing fine with the new cloak changes, all it does is make me wait a little extra before I can shoot or knife. It's not that big of a deal. Instead of relying entirely on your wallhack try using your eyes and stick to cover?
