What i love about the gun i had to learn how to use it meaning i have to pre heat it depending on suit i was shooting. If you put a damage cap for amarr commando you will be losing that sort of game play and it will be just like any other gun.but ...

Amarr commando will give a laser a damage buff the same as when the laser is at full heat up but at a desadvantage of not been able to fire continuly like on amarr assault.

This is a tricky one because when im shooting someone with laser when i get past there shield im doing more damage with heat build up and thats what i like about the gun. Maybe put a damage cap on commandos but a little extra damage
