I've changed PS3 time zone, now is same as EVE time, but I have all warbarge modules negative, component production starts at -16 and so on...

There is a 1.5 percentage missing on the first module applied (so there shoudn't be no stacking penalty) as it gives -13,5%. So total armor resistance with the lvl 5 related passive skill + 1 module gives -23.5 instead of -25%.
