For the most part I run a cal logi, and today I decided to try a shield fit, I thought its been a while maybe the new rifles won't hurt so much. So I grabbed a proto, filled the lows with complex regs, and put 3 extenders + 2 enegizers in the high...

It could just be lag, but has anyone else been noticing this more? Especially with the combat rifle, I've been getting into a lot of close-ish quarters fights that end up with both of us killing eachother. ... or guns are resonably balanced...
