What I'm suggesting is just to remove the KDR (individual) stat from the leaderboards because guys are trying too hard to compete and it ruins the gameplay. Will removing it change behavior? I don't know..maybe, maybe not. But it is useless anyway...

Keep it in the character sheet but don't put it out there for everyone to see. It is meaningless now...any nub can hop in a decked out tank or dropship gunner and own. When you see most people with high KDRs, you know that it wasn't on the ground ...
