lol -B series Heavy -Proto Nova Knives -Complex Sidearm mods -Either Profile Dampeners or Kinetic Catalyzers. I would imo stack dampeners so that you have less profile than a scout.

I predict it would be comparing it to current type-1 heavy: -100 Shields / 200 Armor -4 highs / 3 lows -1 equipment - 2 grenades (?) -Bit slower than Caldari Assault due to armor
