I get the red dot to show that I am on target, but three rifle will not fire. I can switch to a machine gun and it wields fine, but when I go back to the rifle, still won't fire.

When moving toward an another player, they seem to go from little to big in too much of a hurry. The mechanics may be correct (player is 25 meters away should look X big as opposed to a player 5 meters away should be Y big), but perhaps a modifier...
