In the finished game the market likely will not be seeded as it is now so you will likely be able to sell to other players. You'll probably be reliant on eve players making your higher level drop suits.

There are no eve players on SiSi to bombard. The skills aren't for a NPC bombardment they are for providing targets for eve players to bombard.
