Yeah it sucks. The Loyalty Rank requirement was only said to be for trading items, not Isk. Hopefully it's just an oversight and will be fixed. Hopefully.

The Loyalty Rank 4 asset transfer requirement is apparently also applied to simple ISK only transfers. Please tell me this is unintentional, it wasn't like this before the patch.
