How about we cut down the scan angle for the scanners by 50%? -or- Let's stay true to how an Active Scanner works. I would assume the scanner itself is what picks up the signal given off by a redberry and then the signal is relayed to one's tacn...

I think they should make a counter-scanner so that people can combat the scanner. If you get scanned you could just scan in the direction of the enemies with a counter-scanner and temporarily scramble the redberries tacnet.
