I dont say, there is a balancing problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want an Ambush / Skirmish mode only for beginners / Militia, a space where noobs can learn the game mechanics and level up a bit.

Why ?? CCP please explain. Or give an info whether / when there are game modes for new players. I am really angry at this moment I wasting my time on this game, because there is no improvement, everytime a negative ratio, no SPs, no fun !!!!!...
