Ledge definitely needs to go. What would be good would be to hollow out the bottom of the spire and move the control point underneath it. That way, control of the pipes would provide an advantage, but unless you controlled the pipe on both sides...

Point should be moved to G7, i.e. not under one set of pipes, but on the side. Also, please clean up the collision areas on the ledges on the spire, since that is where a lot of fighting takes place and the blocking of movement is unacceptable.
