The first paragraph is my personal opinion, I should clarify. The second paragraph is my recommendation, as CCP will or will not act based on whatever mood the GM in question is in that day. (Or what their policies actually are, more than likely.)

The reason these sorts of tactics can be allowed in EVE, but need to be regulated in DUST, is that players in DUST have no control over what people get put into a match with them, and they cannot recruit additional forces to help them in an engage...

Flux grenades are basically EMPs. And I know they're already quite powerful, and there's hesitation to add additional power/functionality to them. Remote hacking seems troublesome, particularly if it applies to existing hackables, like objectives...

It should be noted, that all of those things were conceived of and listed by a DUST team that is very different than the DUST or Legion teams today. Just because something was in a plan somewhere then does not mean it's still in the plan now. CCP ...

Indeed. And equipment logis aren't even trapped in their role. Conceivably you can still fit a logi suit for deployables, deploy your stuff, and then switch to a rep tool/injector/scanning fit without torching your bandwidth and losing your links.
