One of the huge perks for the alliance is that we have an active group both in the US and EU timezones. So it's pretty easy to find people to play with as well as serious matches during your corp's most active time.

On the chat screen, opened with the Select button, you can go to the bottom of the different chat options, and there's an option to Add/Create a channel. It'll let you type in people's channel names to join them.
