Who We Are
My names CJ, I've been around for a long time now and I've started this corp because I've joined several big corps which were all great but I didn't quite feel at home in them. So Skill Shots was born and we operate things a little differently than other corps out there. Our main difference is a lot of corps run skirmish or domination, while we play those game modes we really want to make our presence known in Ambush.
Ambush can be a brutal game mode and there are times when you get spawn camped or the enemy team spams tanks. We understand this and we also understand a lot of people hate the game mode. Tthis corp is for those who enjoy Ambush and are tired of Nyain Spam, calling in proto tank after proto tank no matter how many you blow up. They have an endless amount of resources from all the PC money garnered and are abusing the system. Our goal is to rival them but do it with class and not using all the OP FOTM gear.
What We Offer
What we mainly have to offer is teamwork and communication. Those are huge on the battlefield. We also offer ISK incentives. We want you running your best gear when squading with us so we will pay you to make sure you do so. If you need money just let us know, we will spread the wealth. Once we grow in size, I will hold weekly challenges where the top five in kills and war points get paid additional ISK.
I am also willing to pay for your skill books. This helps both of us, as it makes skilling into things easier on your and we are getting a better soldier. Again, all you have to do is let us know what you need.
We are also working on the EVE side and towards an alliance. Our current player base is very strong and we will eventually ally ourselves with a good alliance.
What We Are Looking For
Right now we have good logis and tanks, we could always use more of those but we'd really like some stone cold infantry killers. Our tanks are running mainly rails to keep enemy blaster tanks off our infantry. This free's up our assaults and heavies to do what they do best. We are all mainly veterans of the game but are not opposed to helping some new players come along. I will accept from all new players, my only requirement is that you are willing to learn and improve.

Also a note about PC.
We will always bring in our own members first, I've had issues with this in other corps where they would rather use ringers than their own members. That doesn't happen in Skill Shots, when we get into PC it will be members first, alliance guys if we can't fill up the battle. I don't care if you're running ADV gear, our corp comes first. |
