I believe OBs will be player run from eve but I'm not sure if that means that the current npc ones will be removed. I do like the idea of the jammer though, makes battles more strategic which is always a plus in my mind.

Well for me personally, when I bunny hop, I die. When I move into cover like a normal person I live to fight another day, so I don't see the problem. Be glad they're bunny hopping and not being tactical cause those are the ones that kill you.
