From what I've noticed it's completely random. I got around 10 Logistics suits that i'll probably never use worth like 100k+ ISK and 5 high tier Dropships worth 432k ISK and a bunch of pistols and SMGs, all advanced or above. But I'm hanging on ...

Having a blast so far. Took a day or two to fully adjust to the mechanics but once I did, nothing more hilarious than seeing newer players stand still and shoot at me, thank you for making my Mass Driver rounds easier to hit.
