Here is a thought. You could set a release date for each report and as a rep from each alliance to give briefing prior to release of reports. This will give you the ability to schedule on a regular basis and negate a need for help.

Seems to me that the alliance might be consolidating corporations. This means individual corporations are liquidating and likely merging with the 2 stronger entities, WTF & SI. Those are my thoughts, but it is too little too late.
