I see dropship a lot in battles. Maybe not as much as there should be but I see them. Also shouper is a great pilot so if you want to ride in one, take up his offer.

I had a similar experiance to you getting into a match with no enemies. I had a full squad of on my sid with no opposition for half the match. We couldnt capture much because it was an ambush game. It was still funny though

The fighters should be cheaper than dropship because they should be more common. In my opinion the fighters will be what protects the dropship so you should be able to have more access to fighters.
