Yes, HMG can shoot past 30 m but it's DPS lowered drastically by dispersion that any rifle should take care of any heavy at that range.

I have all three of those APEX suits. They have not failed me in pubs. The point of the APEX suits is to earn ISK with 0 risk to your wallet. With that in mind I go full tryhard mode knowing I won't go broke. However, they have also sucked the fun...
