Your edited numbers are correct, I skilled Shield Recharging to 5 for a different thread yesterday, and two complex energizers brought my shield recharge up by around 2.7 times, so 108 off of base 40. That's some shield recharge.

WP/Kill or WP/Death. Some of the best killers are just that, killers. They average around 80 WPs per kill, meaning they do very little else. Likewise, seeing how many WP I average for a certain suit build determines if I keep it or not.
