I get the same with blue chevrons. Usually they're hovering just above the ground (slightly higher than if they were above a dead merc). It's been this way since 1.9 for me.

I couldn't move the tank since I was just on a gun, and had no way of telling the blueberry to move since they weren't in my squad. I've had more annoying problems, just wanted to know if it was a common issue.
