actually it does work, it just wont even be really noticable.. just gotta train it to max to really notice

cant log in, getting the Server Unavailable message, can only hope that the CCP guys are working on this, because it seems like they are having major issues

kind of an update here okay.. so the Capacaty boosters for both Light and Side arms are missing on math, being one round down from what it should be. i do wish to see this bug fixed, since it helps having all of my rounds

has happened with my SMG ammo capacity, 10% of 480 is supposed to be 48, they should fix that, since i only get 47, i know one bullet or shot isnt major, but it'd be nice if the math was fixed... but then again, that last shot could help win you t...

i have Light Weapon Capacaty at rank 3.. but there is a small issue, for some reason or another i am missing a round in my AR ammo amount. i really only bring this up because a single round does matter in a fire fight, i know its probably a small...
