In general i have no problems when scoped... well, except the low sensitivity, which is considerably lower than when not scoped. I think the biggest aiming problems is with the AR, SPECIALLY with a mouse... CCP couldn't find a good excuse to Nerf...

CCP idea to balance the game is Nerfing everything that doesn't fits in EvE... and that includes Aiming, and player skills. Don't be surprise if one day we end up just pressing the R1 button repeatedly, and occasionally the Square button to reload.
