Is that every smg or just the malitia smg? I use the malitia because it's cheap but also because I upgraded skills so I could wear logistic armor and now I don't have enough skill points yet to upgrade armor/shield or to get better weapons yet... ...

It's closed beta so they have to make sure that you consent with the rules of information. otherwise you could weasel your self out if you happen to break disclosure agreement . And I don't have a problem with any of the loading screens.
