It will be only good for new players. Cuz majority have ISK for months or years. Also in the other hand it's annoying to change fittings and then restock it using LP items.

Well most of the time it's because of laggy players from ceratin corps or countries. Delete your mails and contacts. Close some channels you don't use. If ^ won't help then it's game/other players fault.

You can always ask for an outside objective. It's way less laggy than in town. FPS issues are too somehow 'little' less noticeable there. But yeah, overall it's a slideshow.
