Give the AR the Recoil of the AScR, then Buff the AScR's Recoil slightly. Buff HMG Range. And have the skill affect Spread. Hve it have a little screen shake as to make the guy feel like he's hip fireing a fing minigun. Thats all.

It was like this in the early Uprisings, where the explosions were flat. They fixed that, people decided they thought the MD was OP cause it worked. Back on topic however; it has been fixed. Perhaps it can't hurt to just have a looksee can it?
