Gal/Cal scout skill description doesn't have the updated values. Apparently that information is manually typed into the description field... The correct values are not available anywhere in game.

The Scout G-I only has two low slots instead of three. It's also missing the second equipment slot. This problem also exists for the 'Valor' Scout G-I (BPO) and the old 'Solstice' and 'Kindred' vanity suits.

Oh, and the meta level is higher than militia, at least for Templar gear. IIRC it's actually higher than standard items too, so really they should have (slightly) better stats than those too.

They get sorted under standard gear, not under militia gear. Their names don't contain the word "Militia".

You know, the one where you queue up and it gets interrupted, just as if you'd hit circle? (And then you can't even close the battle finder unless you queue up again and actually hit circle before it interrupts).

Isn't that how it's supposed to work? Resistance mods act on whatever damage remains, not the full damage. I could be wrong though. EDIT: although by that logic you should have 23,5%... guess that doesn't explain it.
