I run them, but I don't ever stack modules, and I lack the ability to articulate the way the penalties work.... I think there is still some conflicting information on this. Height and visual variables make testing range challenging.

The way I see the incoming Amarr scout is more durable than what we have currently. It may suit the play style of a few of the armour tanking combat scouts out there, so we may see a few. That and Amarr RPers are amongst the most purist of groups ...
