It happened to me again yesterday. Before it happened I had played about 6 matches without much hickups. I checked and there was no SP/ISK added to my character.

I am starting to think that the kill assist is buggy. In the previous match it has occurred multiple times that I would get an enemy's armor down well below 30% or so and watch him getting killed shortly after yet no kill assist being awarded.

This happened on one of the new maps with 5 objectives with C in the middle of them. I died on the walkway near C, right of top of a ladder. When I died, the onscreen prompt to respawn or call for help did not apear and I was aunable to respawn. ...

Could be just temporarilly. And I don't think those ping results have anything to do with it, although 58ms seems a bit high.
