I don't understand why CCP would make the suit with the racial stamina increase to be the slowest at running. o_O Oh well. btw, how viable is an armor repair module? should all suits have one? Since I have such little SP I can only plan for stand...

ok, I keep thinking I HAVE to use a cardiac regulator. o_O but maybe I can do something else by not going that route. Seems counter-intuitive though, since Amarr get a bonus to stamina, wouldn't you want to have as much stamina as possible?

-_-; yeah, that was kind of the problem I was finding out. Everything I can do, another scout can do better (from a numbers, statistics point of view). But I still want to spec into amarr, mostly for the looks.
