same problem here, and now i find more than a couple people have reoported this issue and its still not fixed, this is a skill based game, and if we can upgrade the skills we want it makes the game ******, and makes me not want to play, they reall...

good its not just me i just posted a new topic about this, i have had the same problem, and i really need the shield operation, because it helps you shield recharge rate, and without it your kind of weak, i wasted over 500k isk, i really hope they...

i too have tried to buy certain skills and been automatically disconnected, its getting old, like you said its a skill based game and i cant play against those people with high shield recharge rate and i dont, you have to break threw a persons shi...
