ARR is beast, vanilla is potent, but only with damage mods, so not very good on Caldari suits as you want tank and regen in high slots. That's why its more useful on Galassault.

The AR is underused on other suits because it lacks the punch needed on any other suit from the Galmando. The galmando gives it the extra punch it needs through the built in damage bonus.
